"Recovery has been an absolute game changer for me. I have always been a good athlete and always been able to stay competitive during CrossFit workouts but this year a few of the younger guys really pulled away from me. I was just dragging and I tried Progenex but the taste was horrible and every time I tried to get chocolate it was sold out. I changed my diet to strict paleo but during long SealFit workouts I kept crashing. Mike asked me to try a bundle of Intensity and to give him an honest feedback. Well my feedback was holy crap! My performance increase was almost instant and everyone noticed. I thought is was a fluke and that I was just having a great week but the week turned into a month and I went from being respectable during workouts to being dominate again. Along with the Recover I used the Hydrate which has also been great. I normally sweat off 5-10 pounds of water during SealFit WODs depending on the temperature. I cramp up so bad that no matter how hard I try to stay ahead of my hydration I fail. With this formula I have been able to reduce my cramping significantly. The big difference for me is when I forget to take it, its a complete show stopper due to the hamstring and calf cramping.

The Fuel works well for me as well on those days where I am just not feeling it. I take a tiny scoop of the fuel and about 20-minutes later I feel much more motivated and much less lazy.
